Wintergold is a relatively new introduction that is sure to impress with it's stunning golden fall color. New growth is a beautiful pink orange, followed by yellow green in the summer and a brilliant golden yellow in the fall. Sunny areas are okay as long as it gets partial shade throughout the day. This tree falls in the mid range, reaching 10-12 feet at maximum height and an upright habit. Does well down to -10 in the winter, best suited for zones 6-9.

Wou nishiki has deeply divided heavily serrated leaves which emerge yellow green in the spring. The leaf margins are tinted with bright rose to give the leaves a rusty orange color. Sometimes in spring the entire leaf is apricot color! In the summer the leaves turn to a light green bronzing in the full hot sun. This beautiful upright tree will reach about 12 ft. Sun. /part shade

Acer palmatum Yezo nishiki has rich, bright reddish-purple spring color which turns to a deeper color as summer progresses. In hot sun exposure, the leaves on Yezo nishiki tend to bronze out with greenish color in the veins. Yezo nishiki has fall colors are fiery orange - scarlet red. A large upright and spreading tree to about 20 ft. Hardy.

Yuri hime is hardy plant with small green leaves which have a fine feathery appearance. Beautiful fall colors that can include most of the rainbow. Yuri Hime sport is a slow growing and petite variety. Will grow to about 3 feet by 3 feet at maximum maturity. Sun with part shade throughout the day is best or zones 5-9.
