Ryuzu is a delightful Acer palmatum dwarf that has tightly spaced overlapping leaves. In the spring the leaves emerge light green with faint pink to deep orange overtones. The palmate leaves become green in summer with red serrations making a nice summer show. In fall the leaves turn golden-orange. Ryuzu means “Ornamental Dragon’s Head”. This dwarf will grow to about 6 feet. Sun/ afternoon shade.
