Acer palmatum Adrian's Compact is a small upright Japanese maple with a slow-growing, compact form, (hence the name) and lovely medium-small burgundy leaves. Adrian's Compact has brilliant scarlet red and orange fall color. This maple prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. Due to it's dwarf nature, it is a great maple for small spaces, or to plant in a container. Adrian's Compact will 5-6 feet tall x 3-4 feet wide in 10 years. Hardy to -20 degrees. Best suited for zone 5-9.
