Ellen is a wonderful lime green lace leaf Acer palmatum that has a distinctive leaf shape from other lace leafs, with each margin being coarsely toothed, giving it a feathered look. Strong yellow fall color infused with orange. This vigorous growing cascading maple will reach 3-4 feet in 10 years. Sun/ part shade is best.

Inaba Shidare

Inaba Shidare is an outstanding deep red lace leaf palmatum. The leaves develop a deep tone of purple red as they grow in the spring and retain the deep color all season. For a dissectum, 'Inaba Shidare' is a rather upright form. Although it does cascade, it tends to grow more upright than other dissectums. Will reach 8 feet in 12 years. Sun/ part shade.

Acer palmatum Waterfall is a wonderful hardy and fast growing green lace leaf (dissectum) Japanese Maple that will reach 6 feet in 10 years. Waterfall is a weeping maple, typical of most lace leaf maples. The light green spring color turns brilliant colors in the fall, covering all the colors of the rainbow, notably yellows and oranges and finally some fiery reds. Waterfall is hardy and can tolerate full sun, but needs partial shade in very hot climates. Waterfall is very similar to Viridis - but the leaf of the Waterfall maple tends to be slightly larger than Viridis. Hardy to -15°. Best suited for zones 5-9.
