These are Japanese maple seedlings Acer palmatum that are in at least their second year of growth. They are in 4" pots approximately and are about 8 - 12" height. There may be one seedling per pot in or several. Great for training for bonsai or growing out for landscape or container.

Japanese Princess
Japanese Princess is a wonderful dwarf maple, originating as a seedling from 'Mikawa yatsubusa'. However, the new leaves of Japanese Princess in spring are pink-red, later becoming cream-white with a pink blush. Fall color is orange to red. Japanese Princess is Very Nice - very small dwarf - it will become 2' tall x 2' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -20 degrees. USDA zone 5.

Jiro Shidare
Jiro Shidare is a very unusual Acer palmatum in that it has regular palmatum leaves but its' habit is to cascade like a lace leaf maple! Growth is sturdy and vigorous. The green leaves will turn beautiful orange and reds in the fall. Sun/part shade.

Acer shirasawanum Juni hito e' is a very nice maple with medium sized orbicular leaves. Summer color is deep green which turns to brilliant orange in the fall. Seeds also turn to orange in fall, adding to the beauty of this plant. A hardy maple that will only grow to about 9 feet tall. Sun/ part shade

Kagira Nishiki
Kagara nishiki is a delightful upright growing variegated cultivar. The medium sized leaf is colored blue-green with creamy white margins. Kagara nishiki is also know as Roseomarginatum. The leaves are lightly flecked with rose-pink changing to rose-crimson in autumn. Kagira nishiki will grow to about 12 feet high in 15 years. Morning sun/ afternoon shade.

Kinran is a beautiful Acer palmatum cultivar whose leaves are deeply divided. Kinran has a spring color whcih is a coppery-red. In summer the leaves become reddish with a dark green veining. Fall is beautiful gold with overtones of crimson. Plant grows rather mounding to 10'. sun/ part shade

Koto no ito
Koto no ito is a very interesting linearilobum Japanese maple cultivar with light green color leaves. Koto no ito has leaves that are a bit more slender than other linearilobum cultivars. Koto no ito exhibits brilliant orange and red fall colors. Medium sized tree to 8 feet. Koto no ito is a very good container plant. Hardy. Sun/part shade in hot locations.
