Ogi Tsuma gaki
Acer palmatum Ogi Tsuma gaki is wonderful smaller version of Tsuma gaki that also has slightly rounder leaves, explaining ogi in the name, which is Japanese for fan. In spring the leaves display the attractive yellow-green leaf lobes which are tipped in red. Summer some of the red fades from tips and in Fall the leaves turn from yellow to orange to fiery red. Ogi Tsuma gaki is an upright Japanese maple tree that will become 6' tall x 4' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -10 degrees.
