Ariadne
The Ariadne maple is a very nice reticulatum Acer palmatum cultivar with prominent green-veined leaves, giving it a unique look. Ariadne emerges in spring with pastel orange-pink colored leaves changing to a deeper purplish color in the summer. Fall color is a fiery orange-red.
Ariadne is beautiful mid-sized maple that matures to 8-10 feet tall, and 8 feet wide. Sun/part shade in hot locations. Hardy to -10°F. Best suited for zones 6-9.
