Refund policy

Returns:

Since trees are perishable, nursery stock cannot be returned without authorization from us and must be returned within 7 days of arrival. Please return your plant in its original packaging form. The tree must be returned alive and in good shape for reimbursement. Once a tree has been removed from its original container, or has been planted, it cannot be returned.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

In any event, we prefer to work out a compromise to keep the customer satisfied. 

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders will be charged  a 3.5% credit card charge fee, a fee that is imposed on us by the credit card company. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped and we are holding your trees for a later delivery time, we will refund you except for 20% of the total price for credit card fee, handling and care.  If you cancel your order after the trees are packed and not shipped, there is a 30% handling and restocking fee.
