Acer palmatum Lily Pad is a brand new variety to us, and is said to be a variegated form of the ever popular Mikawa Yatsubusa. Similar in growth habit and form, Lily pad has a dense leafy growth pattern and will form a compact shrub at maturity, reaching about 3 feet tall by 4 feet wide in 10 years. Great container plant, bonsai or small garden shrub. Best suited for zones 5-9.
