Acer rubrum ‘Candy Ice’ is a Woodlanders’ introduction found by Norman Beal in Southwest Virginia. Pyramidal in youth, it develops an irregular rounded crown with age. Variegated form with pink, white and green leaves. Sunburns if planted in full sun. One of the first trees to color in the fall. Yellow to orange fall color.
