Ap Aureum Pre-Bonsai 1-2 yr (#67)

Acer palmatum Aureum has chartruese yellow leaves in spring, deepening to a green-gold in summer. A second flush of bright golden yellow is typical in late summer. Not to be confused with the Full Moon Aureum, (Acer shirasawanum) this aureum has the classic star shaped leaves typical of Acer palmatums. Bright red and orange fall color. Might also be found under the name “Sunrise maple”. Hardy and does well in full sun
