Red Filigree Lace

Red Filigree Lace is an outstanding red dissectum Acer palmatum with extremely fine leaves! Red Filigree Lace is one of the most finely cut Japanese lace leaf maples, and considered one of the most beautiful. Color is a a deep red to almost maroon with bright crimson fall color. A delicate grower, Red Filigree requires morning sun and afternoon shade that is out of the wind placement.

Slow growing, Red Filigree Lace can be difficult to grow when young, but becomes hardier with age. Maximum height is 3-4 feet in 10 years. Best suited for zones 5-9.
