Sensu
Sensu is beautiful medium sized shirasawanum with medium green red bronzed fan shaped leaves, that is well known for its incredible coppery fall color. In Japanese, sensu translates to “moving fan” which is an accurate description of these fan-like leaves.
Sensu is a medium sized maple, reaching about 8-10 feet in 10 years, and is a strong grower. Does best in sun with partial shade. Best suited for zones 5-9.
